Salles Hotels Marina Portals, Portals Nous (Mallorca)

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, although not very spacious. The service was exceptional with hard-working and cheerful staff. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of dishes to choose from.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were excellent with great views from the balcony, but they were not big enough for 3 people if the sofa bed is considered a bed. The service provided by the hotel staff was pleasant, but they seemed very busy at times. The location was nicely recessed from the hustle and bustle of the Marina, yet convenient to it and the beach. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with good omelettes but disappointing limited fresh fruit. Overall, it's a place worth considering for a family visit, with a good pool bar and restaurant, but some areas need updating.

The hotel had some room for improvement with the need for repairs in the rooms and a slightly overpriced feel.
